A mixed-use development , Laurel Station will feature 350 apartment units and 12,000 square feet of commercial space. 72 townhome-style apartments will spread across a dozen buildings. The remaining 278 apartments will be split between two buildings, each three stories tall. The community will have a courtyard and pool, as well as walking trails.  More than 400 parking spaces are included in the plans.
