Jackson Place

Jackson Place is a a transformative 2.95-acre project that will consist of 41 townhomes starting at under $400k in order to support affordable homeownership efforts, and will also include a hotel, StudioRes, a 106 key extended-stay hotel that is a part of the larger Jackson Place project. Working in close partnership with the Historic Jackson Ward Association, this project aims to restore and revitalize an area previously impacted by I-95 construction, serving as a catalyst for the community's "Place Making" initiative.
