M Companies is proud to have been selected to work with Thalhimer Realty Partners and Emerge Construction Group in building RVA's newest destination: The Diamond District.  M Companies was selected to be the MBE / ESB Coordinator and is also the for-sale housing developer on the project.

The project spans over 67 acres, including a new 10,000 seat baseball stadium, two hotels, an 11-acre park, businesses, retail, restaurants, and mixed-income housing is designed to impact all RVA's communities; the intentionality of the development team has resulted in much more than a brick/mortar development. 
The team's focus on homeownership, workforce development, a new vocational training center, sustainable construction, arts, and culture are the components that make The Diamond District transformative for all of RVA's residents.  The four phases of development will span over 15 years, and M Companies looks forward to construction of Phase 1.
